Process Of Accreditation

How We Do!

The accreditation process is a structured journey designed to ensure the highest standards of performance and certification. Here's a step-by-step overview:

Initial Request: Organizations initiate the process with an initial request.

Initial Reply: A prompt response acknowledging the request is provided.

Application Submission: Applicants are presented with an application form along with an administration fee requirement. Compliance with relevant standards, such as ISO 17021, is imperative. Additionally, a demonstration showcasing the capacity of employees may be required.

Accreditation Routine: The accreditation process follows standards for performance evaluation and certification.

Documentation Submission: Manuals, procedures, required formats, or applicable documents are submitted in paper or electronic format.

Review and Feedback: A thorough review is conducted, and feedback is provided. Revision and further feedback may be requested before proceeding to the next step.

Impartiality Proposal: Organizations propose impartiality, affirming the independence of their entity and its legal status.

Notification of Assessments: For the first six evaluations, notification to Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services is mandatory before conducting assessments.

Document Submission for Evaluation: Photocopies/emails of all documents related to evaluations and certifications are submitted, demonstrating compliance with previously reviewed documents.

Draft Certificate: A draft certificate of recognition is issued, defining the validation context. Site visits are conducted to ensure alignment with stated activities.

Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services Participation: Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services actively participates in the next assessment and certification activity.

Continuation of Evaluations: Four additional evaluations are conducted, with document submission to Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services.

Ongoing Monitoring: A continuous evaluation of the organization's activity level is undertaken, adjusting the accreditation process accordingly.

Certificate Issuance: If applicable, the final certificate is issued.

Ongoing Certification: Organizations continue to evaluate and certify, with no requirement for additional paperwork submission.

Activity Monitoring: Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services monitors the organization's activity level to maintain accreditation standards.

Certification Activity Reporting: Organizations inform Worldwide Accreditation Certification Services about all certification activities.

Monitoring and Recognition: Continuous monitoring and recognition, including the assignment of recognition numbers, ensure ongoing compliance and excellence.

Throughout these steps, the process may involve meetings and visits to the organization's premises, fostering a collaborative and thorough accreditation journey.
